 Journals

As the leader in setting standards and promoting excellence in sleep medicine health care, education and research, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) publishes the latest findings related to sleep and sleep disorders in two of the field’s leading scientific journals.

SLEEP is the official publication of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC, which is a joint venture of the AASM and the Sleep Research Society. The first journal to be dedicated exclusively to sleep, it is unsurpassed in its comprehensive coverage of sleep and sleep disorders.

As the official publication of the AASM, the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine brings applied sleep science into focus through clinical trials, clinical reviews, case series and reports, and commentaries and debates. It also publishes reports, news and updates from the AASM.

AASM members have full access to the online content of both journals. Non-members can view current study abstracts online and can access the full text of studies that have been published for at least six months.
