PAC Logo

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) Political Action Committee (PAC) gives sleep specialists and sleep disorders patients a voice in Washington, D.C.

The AASM PAC educates government agencies and federal legislators about the quality medical care that sleep specialists provide in accredited sleep disorders centers and in laboratories for sleep-related breathing disorders.

The PAC also informs government officials about the urgent need for more scientific research to be conducted in the study of sleep and sleep disorders.

Your financial contributions enable the AASM PAC to distribute funds to the campaigns of federal legislators who hold key positions in Congress and who vote favorably on issues of importance to the sleep field.
