Salem Health, an OHSU Partner, is seeking full-time Sleep Medicine Provider to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and actively manage adult patients with sleep disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Medical conditions treated encompass a variety of sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, parasomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and restless legs syndrome. Inpatient responsibilities include new consults and follow-up visits and coordinating diagnostic testing and outpatient follow-up visits.
-Initial ordering of tests and studies (including but not limited to polysomnography, multiple sleep latency testing, and actigraphy) and evaluation of the results to the degree that a plan of action can be formulated.
-Develop a team approach with patients establishing “patient driven” goals with emphasis placed on the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
-Participate in community outreach programs including Salem Hospital Sleep Well Education Series and physician education speaking engagements.
