Claiming issues if renewing/subscribing after November 30, 2009
Subscription forms/renewals received after November 30, 2009 cannot be guaranteed
delivery of all issues for the 2010 volume year. If you subscribe/renew after November
30, 2009, you may not receive all issues for that volume year. The mailing list for each issue is compiled at least one month prior to the issue date. Claims for back issues will not be processed. Click here for more information regarding single issues.
Mid year subscription forms received after July 15, 2010
Mid year subscription forms/renewals received after July 15, 2010 cannot be guaranteed delivery of all issues for the 2010 volume year. Missing/damaged issues
The AASM can no longer process requests for replacement of missing or damaged issues. If you did not receive an issue of the JCSM or received a damaged copy, contact your local post office. Contact us at (630) 737-9790 or subscriptions@aasmnet.org to verify the address to which your copy was sent.
Change of Address
Changes of address should be submitted four weeks in advance of the change to ensure uninterrupted service. Send us your current mailing label (showing the old address), along with your new address and the effective date of change. If you miss an issue because of the address change, the APSS cannot accept a claim for the missing issue.
