The AASM PQRSwizard program is a convenient and cost-effective tool to help collect and report quality measure data for the CMS PQRS incentive payment program. The program works similar to online tax preparation software helping you collect, validate, report and submit your information to CMS for payment.

The Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) was developed by the CMS as a voluntary reporting program that provides a financial incentive to physicians and other eligible professionals who report data on quality measures for covered services furnished to Medicare beneficiaries. Make sure you receive your 2014 sleep measure incentives; reporting must be completed by February 26, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Reporting requirements are easy to meet this year. For 2014, providers will only be required to report PQRS data on 20 patients, 11 of which must be Medicare Part B Fee-For-Service patients. Additionally, successful reporting of PQRS measures in 2014 will ensure that you avoid a penalty in 2016 equal to 2.0 percent of your Medicare allowable charges.
When you register through the AASM, the PQRSwizard program is only $225. That's a savings of $74 compared to the retail price of $299. 2014 PQRS participants are eligible to receive a 0.5 percent financial incentive payment from CMS.
Savings based on your total allowed charges for Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) covered services.
The AASM is offering a discount to group practices. Practices with 10-20 participating physicians will receive a 10% discount on PQRSwizard registration. Practices with 21 or more participating physicians will receive a 15% discount on PQRSwizard registration.
